One of the most powerful influences in life are words. I know the topic is over rated, but the value is still the same. In most cases people do not need action or an act to be conveyed. 

What you confess with your mouth will surely come to pass, maybe not immediately but, it is like a seed that you plant which germinates to something you will reap. Some plants can be uprooted easily but others take time and work.

Discipline is always better than sacrifice, it is always wise to confess good things on your life and bear good fruits, than to confess bad and suffer the effects. To enjoy life one needs to take possession of what they possess. Authority is worthless if you can not take control. Take charge by changing your mind set and confessing the good things upon your life. A person's mind is a great tool, once you know how to work with it, you can achieve more than you think.
